Club Settings
Your club dashboard is your home base. From here you can see all your events — live, draft, and completed — manage your subscription and billing, and adjust your club settings.
Email preferences
You choose which emails your players receive. These preferences are club-wide, and you can override them for any single event.

The defaults suit most clubs. If your rotations are busy, leaving "other seat changes" and "every movement" off keeps inboxes calm.
Branding your recaps
Set your Instagram handle to brand your recaps. It gives your event recaps a personal touch and points players to your club.
Renaming your club
You can rename your club any time from settings. The new name shows up across your events and recaps.
Subscription and billing
Your plan sets how much you can run:
- Free — run one event.
- Club Pro — unlimited events, plus the fuller feature set.
Manage your plan through the billing portal. It shows your tier, your status, your renewal date, and whether your plan is set to cancel.
