Recording Hands
When a hand finishes at your table, you can record the result right from your phone. No paper, no math on the side — just log what happened.
What to record
When a hand ends, record:
- Who won the hand.
- The faan for the winning hand.
- Who dealt in — but only if the win came from a discard.
That's the whole result. The host's rules take care of the payouts; you just record what happened at the table.
The three win types
These match the win types in the app:
| Win type | What it means |
|---|---|
| Self-pick | The winner drew their own winning tile. |
| Won on a discard | Someone discarded the winning tile. |
| Draw | No one won — the wall ran out. |
For a discard win, remember to note who dealt in so the scoring lands on the right player.
The host's rules decide the payouts. You don't need to work out who pays what — recording the result is all that's asked of you.
Who can record
You need to be seated at a table to record hands for it. If you're on the waitlist or seated elsewhere, you won't be able to log that table's results.
If a result is wrong
Mistakes happen. If a recorded result is wrong, don't worry — the host can fix or remove it. Just let them know. See Corrections for how that works.
