What to include in a bug report
The more detail you share, the faster we can help. Please include:
- Your app version.
- Your device and platform (for example, iPhone or Android).
- What happened — and, if you can, the steps to reproduce it.
tip
The in-app feedback link (in your Profile) pre-fills your app version and platform for you. It's the easiest way to send a report that has everything we need.
