What to include in a bug report

The more detail you share, the faster we can help. Please include:

  1. Your app version.
  2. Your device and platform (for example, iPhone or Android).
  3. What happened — and, if you can, the steps to reproduce it.

The in-app feedback link (in your Profile) pre-fills your app version and platform for you. It's the easiest way to send a report that has everything we need.
